About Me
My name is Estina Childs Courty and I live in Flower Mound, Texas. I am raising two children and I have learned how to manage my household while working full time. I believe that children succeed in a structured and organized home. They receive the love, support, help with school and personal attention that all children crave and thrive on. Above my business and my personal desires - my family and my home are my first priority.
There are several things that led me to start my own business helping other people change their lives. I spent several years working in the legal field. But, this career never fulfilled me and I knew that there was something else that I should do.
I haven't always been an organized person. In fact, I catch myself falling into the 'messies' even now! Not everyone comes by being organized naturally. For some of us, it's a LOT of work. I think that is what has made me a unique professional organizer. I have taught myself how to develop strategies and implement them into my own life. After reading a million books and every web site out there, taking classes and studying human behavior - I have developed a system of attack and work one on one with people of all backgrounds and professions who struggle with organization.
My work is very personal in nature and is done in a patient, nonjudgmental and respectful manner. I hold all client information, whether business or personal, written or verbal, with the utmost confidence. I conform to the written Code of Ethics for members of NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers). My Service Agreement also contains a confidentiality clause for your protection.
